Century Bank of Georgia is now part of Southern States Bank! We are excited for what this partnership will offer to our clients, employees and shareholders. While our name has changed, the community bankers you trust, and exceptional service you have come to expect will remain. As we prepare to finalize the integration of Century Bank of Georgia accounts into the Southern States Bank operating system, we want to share some important information to ensure a smooth transition.

ACCOUNT NUMBERS, DIRECT DEPOSITS AND CHECKS

• Your deposit and loan account numbers will not change.

• No need to order new checks. Continue using your current checks until it is time to place your next order.

• Your direct deposits and auto drafts will continue to process as normal. For all future ACH or direct deposits, the routing number on your Southern States Bank account will be 062206622.

YOUR DEBIT CARD

• Your Century Bank of Georgia Debit MasterCard® will be replaced by a Southern States Bank Debit Visa® Card. You should receive your new SSB Debit Visa® Card around August 19, 2024. This new debit card is not valid until Monday, August 26th.

Please call 800-290-7893 on Monday, August 26th to activate your new SSB Debit Card and set up your PIN. Your current Century Bank of Georgia MasterCard Debit Card will no longer work as of Monday, August 26, 2024.

• Please update any monthly recurring payments with your new Southern States Bank debit card number effective Monday, August 26, 2024.

ONLINE, MOBILE BANKING AND BILL PAY

Beginning 4pm EST on Friday, August 23, 2024, you will be unable to access the Century Bank of Georgia online banking system, due to the conversion process. Beginning Monday, August 26, 2024, you will access the online banking system through the Southern States Bank website at www.southernstatesbank.net. Your User ID will remain the same. Your initial password will be the last 4 digits of your tax identification number (Social Security Number). If you are unable to access your account online, please contact your local branch. • Once you have established your new online banking password through www.southernstatesbank.net, you can download the Southern States Bank mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• You will need to set up your digital wallet again to ensure your card information is correct. This can be done through the mobile app or within your digital wallet.

• You will need to re-enroll in eStatements and Mobile Deposit (now known as Remote Deposit Anywhere).

• Your payments set up through Bill Pay will still be processed as normal. All your payees will remain in your account. Beginning on Monday, August 26, 2024, you will be able to access bill pay through the Southern States Bank online banking system.

TELEPHONE BANKING

• Effective Monday, August 26, 2024, the Telephone Banking number will change to 1-855-999-7727. You will need to register to use the telephone banking system. On your initial call, you need your full account number along with your SSN or Tax ID number. You will then be prompted to choose a PIN.
